CAmera & Lenses

A7SIII.jpg

Sony A7SIII

My favorite camera. 12 megapixels is not a big deal. Although I’m primarily using this camera as a video camera, I also use it for photos and I am happy with my experience thus far.

Ideally I would like a second A7SIII, but I am pleased with this camera as well. The flip screen is definitely underrated as this comes in handy when filming and taking self-portraits.

Sigma 24-70.jpg

Sigma 24-70mm F/2.8

After watching the reviews, I don't regret this purchasing decision. I used to use the Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 but the quality is way worth it if it's in your budget.

Sony Zeiss 55mm.jpg

Zeiss 55mm f/1.8

The only prime I own at the moment. This is great for portrait and everyday stuff.

Tamron 17-28.jpg

tamron 17-28mm f/2.8

A great alternative to the Sony GM 16-35mm F/2.8. This lens is lighter, cheaper and does the job.

Audio

Zoom H6

I initially bought for recording a podcast in the future. This is also an upgrade over my zoom h1.

Amazon XLR Male to Female Microphone Cable

I use this for my shotgun microphone and plug it into my Zoom H6.

Software & Other tools

Artlist.jpg

Artlist

Whether it's for the hobby, the commercial, Artlist makes it easy with one subscription. I like their collection of cinematic feels for their tracks. I'm not really big into EDM as catchy it can be so Artlist hits the spot for me. I'm subbed to the music and SFX subscription.

Final Cut Pro.png

Apple Pro Apps Bundle

I use Final Cut Pro primarily on my Macbook. I got it with this sweet bundle. I didn't want to sign up for the subscription for Premiere Pro and those other apps so getting this one-time purchase of a video editing software is one of my best options for the Macbook.

Luminar AI.jpg

Luminar AI

An alternative service to Adobe Lightroom. I enjoy using Lightroom CC, but I wanted a powerful photo editing software but I didn't want to pay for the subscription. With Luminar A.I. I just pay once for their software. It's mostly known for their AI software that aids in editing. You can always give it try with their free-trial.
